Over the years Thai Yoga massage has proven to be the most efficient massage technique for me to receive. Eventually I got interested to practice myself. After two basic trainings one in 2023 and one in 2024 I decided to take it to the professional level. I received my 150 hours and ASCA approved diploma from the Tibet Herbal Spa school in June 2025. Since then I continued to practice and got additional training in the areas of dynamic Thai massage, Thai stretching and Ostéothai.
